I felt really connected to my group today and was in a good mood. I am now feeling a little overwhelmed and frustrated with myself. Yesterday I also felt connected but I started getting overwhelmed working on my recovery plan. I am feeling a lot of anxiety around it.

I didn’t uphold what I said I would get done fully. I am really trying but I should have gotten home earlier. I am also getting overwhelmed with it which means I have some work around it. I also know that I didn’t show up yesterday like I want to when I just got up and left instead of communicating with you. I also haven’t moved the stuff from Yulia and Louies or gotten the truck ready to sell. I also haven’t gotten Regence all the superbills and diagnoses from PCS yet.

Meeting, fellowship, Talked to Vik at length yesterday, he is going through a lot so it was helpful for me to be there for him and say some things that I also needed to hear. I was asked to do an experience strength and hope share in June so I am starting to prepare for that. Have been reading through no bad parts yesterday and today. Worked on boundary work yesterday and setting up my recovery and accountability systems
