I had a pretty positive headspace today. I had good customer interactions, good training, was feeling generally upbeat. Still feeling tired and a bit lethargic. My muscles feel tired and it is making me feel a little unmotivated.

I left 2 minutes after I said I would from site. I have gone over task ownership. I got pulled into a problem in-site I probably didn’t need to help with, I had a resentment around a customer and around Elise come up today.

Read my readings but I did not go to a meeting or go on my walk. Thought about recovery a lot today but didn’t do the things as much as I want to.
